DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, August 1, 2007

This is a low pledge camera. Even at 10 feet away you couldn’t get a excellent enough picture of an intruders face to ID them. Another problem is that the logic operates at 2.4GHZ like so many wireless diplomacy today and even after I turned everything off in my house that uses the same frequency the picture kept flashing with lots of lines in it. This was at a distance of about 20 feet from the receiver. So apparently my neighbors wireless diplomacy were interfering with the cameras indicate. I called Q See about these issues and they told me that most people have to use a wired camera.

I don’t recommend this. The quality is poor. The wireless indicate is poor and the picture is full of lines. The cable that came with it did not work so I had to replace it in peacefulness to get it to work in the first place. I would look for a different brand.

This item is a complete waste of money – I have had better images and quality with tiny cheap wireless spycams.
All I can say about this manufactured goods is that it does not work, so don’t waste your money.
The range is extremely limited – If I set up the receiver close to the camera I get an OK picture but very poor affect quality.
As soon as you go a minimal distance, even 10 feet, you lose all affect and the picture quality is very poor.
I have not tested this at night yet, but the day time image is shocking.
It is not even worth the effort to send this back, in the trash it goes!
