This 16 cam unit was an upgrade from the 8 cam unit I had before. Anyone can place this collectively and install it their self. The DVR can be a small tough but is simple to follow and set up. Pretty much simple plug and play design. This manufactured goods I researched and needed something to cover all my needs and yet be within a price I could afford. I have a smart house and need the cams as a added feature to my logic. I have an adult unique needs son that lives with me. This manufactured goods on the safety side [which in our case is the bonus], paid for it self in the first 5 days. I have found that the more my area knows about my cams the more distress stays away! I can rewind the tape as well as see it on my phone. I have the cams inside and outside of my home and it’s nice when the house calls me and tells me my son is home I can look and here he is. It’s incredible how you catch workers for you doing things they must be doing! Fantastic buy for the money and have had the two units going for 4 years now and never had a cam or unit go down once. I live in the desert and they hold up fantastic to high temps as well. SUPER GREAT BUY!

I use it daily. Confusing to get to work via internet but it does work. Tech support is non existent.
