Work fine for me in Windows 7 64bit,
I didnt buy this on Amazon, I really bought it from Walmart. Anyway I couldnt find a pcie dvr card that worked with W7 64. I bought this anyway because on the box it says it will work with Vista 64. It facility fine for me on W7. Just thought Id let everyone know.
UPDATE: Added a second card and it facility fantastic. No tribulations as of yet.

After using two same brand 4 channel PCI cards for quite some time with excellent results, I chose to upgrade to a pciX 8 channel card. Huge mistake! The card does not work properly, after just a few hours of use, four channels started to flicker and later stopped working at all. Customer Support was not helpfull, they just recommended to install software from the most recent release, which in the end proved to be an even larger mistake. I tried to install the card in three different machines running XP, Vista and even 7, and also tried as 32 or 64 bit installations. Nothing made the card work properly. In the end, the only solution customer support gave me, was a touchtone phone number to call the company and question for a return. The intermediary seller never answered the mails. The worst part is that after returning to the 2-card configuration, only one card worked on any single machine… I guess some problem with the driver software but to date I am working with two computers in peacefulness to have the 8 channels running. So, I am not a pleased camper a propos this specific hold.
