Horrible customer service, Not compatible with Mac!!,
I bought this logic 9 months ago and went through a lot of distress to install the logic – the cables are tedious to install. Even as the pledge of the cameras is excellent and the built in monitor/DVR is nice, tech support has been HORRIBLE. I’ve read a lot of reviews about how excellent QSEE tech support is. That has not been my experience at all. They are very hard to get a hold of and even when you do get a hold of them they just send you pdf instruction manuals and tell you to follow the instructions. When I finally told them that I was trying to remote connect via a MAC they told me that I must try to run windows and internet explorer on my MAC because that would make installation a lot simpler. Running Windows on Mac requires Parallels which sucks up most of your RAM. Why must I have to install Windows for PC when this logic is supposedly compatible with MAC???? My remote connection is still not working and tech support has been less than helpful. And their website which they have supposedly improved to help you distress shoot is still horrible! I’m really disappointed in this manufactured goods. What excellent are 8 high res cameras if the remote connection is next to impossible to set up? If you are looking for remote access via Mac, certainly don’t buy this logic and keep shopping!
